I now have 4 machines I set on 250 for 4 different rooms. I’ve used Fresh Air machines for years. The Ecoquest 2020 is a fabulous addition. All machines are great for removing odors and dust. All machines are very easy to clean and maintain. It cleans most of the household odors away so my home smells fresher. Got a good deal on the price. ### ⭐ Impossible to remove the back to clean filter *by D***. on March 31, 2022* Previously owned an earlier design. The back has to be removed frequently to clean the filter. On the earlier design the back was held on by screws. All you had to do was remove the screws to take off the back. With this new design, you have to press the sides to try and remove the back. This product is made of rigid plastic and impossible to press and remove the back. I was able to remove it for awhile but now cannot remove the back and can no longer use this expensive machine. Despite the fact that this appears to be a design flaw, it is outside the warranty, the company wants me send it to them to pay $200 for a repair. This would have to be done every time I need to clean the filter. I would not recommend this product for that reason.
