The first impression after opened the box was it's a well built product. In the following few weeks, I tried some dishes, including vegetables and chicken. I have to say that air fryers stand to their claim. They do offer fried taste with much less oil. To this point, my purchase is a success as that's what I desired. As for this particular brand, I did quite some research before I chose this one. It offers the best cost-performance ratio.There are two places I think it needs improvement. One is the timer control. When hold the press, it will increase or decrease in step of 10 minutes, instead of 1 minute. However, the stepping is very fast which creates trouble to stop at the time I want. The other one is the noise during operation is louder than I expected. I understand it needs a fan to circulate the hot air. Still, it would be nice to be quieter. Overall, it is a good product. I'm very glad that I bought it. BTW, I did not receive any discount for the purchase, :-).

The truth is... we are retired and don't desire fried foods all that often, but this appliance is really tops! I mean... you can get one with a familiar brand name for about $300 but this one is absolutely super for the price! I had no difficulty using it AND it cleans like a champ. I even did some zucchini with my own homemade batter,

I bought this last August (9 months ago) for $99 with free shipping (it is now $80) and it worked great, until it died mid-frying. It won't turn on at all anymore.I contacted Asurion (I bought a 3 year product warranty with them) and they told me that since it's been less than a year the Le Coucou sellers still cover the product, and that they offer a replacement (once that year is done the Asurion warranty starts). I would have preferred a refund or credit, but ok fine whatever.I contacted the seller and they told me I'd have to pay a $20 shipping fee to receive a replacement, which actually bugs me a lot because -- why would I pay $20 for a product that might stop working again in a few months. I already made that mistake once when I paid $99. Sorry but selling a bad product and then claiming shipping costs $20 if I want a replacement may be a good way for them to make extra money but it's not that great for the customers.I had a few friends planning to buy this airfryer because I was raving about it but will tell them to get it from another brand. Anyway it went from me being very happy with the product to just feeling annoyed with the service. I wish it had broken after a year so Asurion could cover it – they seem way better than this seller, and do offer refunds.

I am very impressed with this machine..it's way fun to use and easy enough a child could do it. I have so far tried fresh (half thawed out) chicken wings,frozen fries,fish sticks,frozen brussel sprouts,frozen egg rolls,and fresh chicken tenders coated with Shake & Bake extra crispy (these were fabulous!) Everything tasted great and crispy! I am so glad I got it. I had given up frying foods because anything fried in grease makes my stomach hurt,and now I can enjoy them crispy and delicious again without the nasty unhealthy grease. I can't wait to try more things with it!

This air fryer is so much fun to experiment with. I bought it along with a potato slicer to make french fries. It did not make great fries so I was initially disappointed. I'm sure I did it wrong and I need to work harder at it, but I was bummed. Then my wife started trying it with other things. Anything frozen and breaded cooks brilliantly in this thing, and fast! Frozen tots that don't get crisp after 30 minutes in the convection oven cook in 13 minutes in this thing. Chicken patties come out crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. I sliced a pork roast into thick chops and air fried them for 18 minutes and they are amazing. I cut boneless skinless chicken breasts into strips and fried them...delicious and healthy chicken fingers.This thing does not have a large capacity, but since it's just the two of us it is usually perfect. Cooking for a family would be very difficult unless you are going to eat in stages or run 3 or 4 at the same time. I don't think my breakers could handle that.I love coming up with things to try in it. Chicken thighs? Check. Frozen onion rings come out perfectly. Small frozen pizza? Great! I even fried an egg in this thing. Okay, that was a bit of a disaster, but fun to play with! Get a good instant read thermometer, then cook away. You'll be amazed at what you can cook in this thing.

I am single and for various reasons, including long work shifts, eat mostly frozen dinners. Microwave results are barely edible....frozen spots and spots that take off skin on the roof of my mouth. I decided to try a low cost air fryer after seeing all the ads. I put some frozen breakfast burritos, single pizza etc in this thing and the results are off the charts! Burritos perfectly toasted and evenly heated and flavor like never before. Cheap frozen pizzas...instead of soggy limp crusts and cheese burning your mouth, I get perfectly baked crust and cheese done to perfection. No more 3rd degree burns to the roof of my mouth and they could not taste better!! They taste like pizza place pizza. Sure instead of two minutes in the micro, I have to wait an extra ten for this baby to do the job but it does it to perfection!! I LOVE it. :D

I love this machine and use it a lot. I love the way the food comes out crispy just like it was deep fried. I highly recommend this machine, plus it was less expensive than "that other brand".

The way to go!!! Of course French fries are the first thing you'll want to try here, and I have one tidbit of advice - teeny bit to NO oil! And, douse your potatoes in boiling water first, let them sit for about 5 minutes. Not the 30 minutes in cold water bath.This guy also does an awesome job on chicken breasts hamburger patties, and small boneless steaks.Easy to clean, too, if you mind your manners with the fryer.All in all, very much worth the money!
