It did NOT come with a low profile adapter. It does work on Server 2016 with the included drivers. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I'm a fan *by P***C on August 28, 2017* I put this unit in the same machine as a Rocket Port multi-port card. Windows 7 only recognized 4 of the 8 ports but that was sufficient for the day and I didn't investigate further.
