Exceeds expectations!
This is so small, compact, and lightweight... I never would have expected this to perform the way it does, and for the money spent... an even bigger bonus. It's hard to believe that this takes up no room at all to store (car or closet), yet pulls the cargo or weight that it's able to...I'm 58, and while I'm active, I can't haul, move stuff, or carry the weight I used to be able to manage when I was younger. Plus, as a single person, I often find myself in situations where I'm having to do all the every day stuff on my own. I bought this because I'm in the process of moving and needed to transport boxes to a storage unit, but this has so many different uses... it's incredibly handy. Whether I'm shopping or moving things, doing everything in one trip is a game changer. Even something as simple as being able to carry a load of groceries plus a 60lb dog on a leash from my car into my home in one trip is pretty awesome. The fact that it's small, folds completely flat, and is so lightweight on its own, means I'm more likely to use it in a variety of situations. The larger base and extra bungee cords make it more versatile and easier to use in a variety of situations. The swivel wheels are a bonus in that it helps maneuverability especially when you've got some weight on it. With the wide base, the larger back wheels help navigate up stairs when you've got some serious weight on it. I had doubts about that, but quickly found I had no issues moving a lot of weight up a flight of stairs.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this item to anyone who wants to minimize the time and effort involved in moving stuff from point A to point B

Works great for light duty
This worked great for light duty hauls. I packed it up for the beach, no I did not try and roll it through the sand, but I was able to walk it all to the beach with no problem, then unpack it once I got to the sand. I had a small cooler filled, two beach chairs and a blanket, pulled it all just fine. It come with a larger strap as well which is really nice, but so far it was not needed, the bungies worked perfect. Glad I bought this as it will be great around the house as well, and the best part is, it fold very compact so it can slid out of view just about anywhere. I really like this, seems like it will last for a good amount of time as it is not thin plastic it is made from but a nice sturdy one. I would suggest to only load it with the amount it states, the wheels may crack if this is really over loaded, the wheels seem good for the amount stated, but not a lot more.

Misleading advertising but otherwise a good hand truck
I like the hand truck but was a little disappointed by the size of the base, meaning the little shelf that drops down for loading and transport of items. The dimensions are accurate but misleading. The base is shown as 17"; while true, there is really only about 12" of work space for transport because the mounting of the wheels blocks about 5" of the base all across the width of the base.I love the weight and the fact that it collapses so nicely into a small size. I evacuate now almost every year during hurricane season here in Houston. I bought this hand truck so that it would be easier to move heavy pots into the garage. I had not thought about taking this hand truck with me to unload suitcases and "stuff" at my final destination, but I do plan to include this hand truck with the items that I pack if evacuation is needed again.I tested the hand truck using two different, big pots about 12'' across at the top and filled with dirt and well-established plants about 24" high. I loaded each one separately. It was a tight fit but stable and easy to move. I would say that each pot weighs about 50 lbs. I did not notice a big sag in the base although it may have sagged just a bit. I was able to move the hand truck easily with each pot and will be able to move heavy pots into the garage as I had hoped to do.I would have given 5 stars if the advertising had clearly indicated that the work space on the drop-down shelf is approximately 12" X 12".

Too light weight for much
About right for a small file box of paper...too light and small for heavier stuff where It tends to tip over.

Great product
The media could not be loaded. I received this product today it is a great addition to my Yeti cooler that I cannot carry it as it is heavy. The product is durable, sturdy, very easy to assemble, maneuverable, the tires are very strong, and its function is exactly what I needed for. Very happy with the product ❤️ love it.

Doesn’t at all perform the way it’s presented, wobbles, flimsy handle, easily folds inward.
This cart works only in very smooth perfectly level surfaces, but the world is not created in that way. Sidewalks, the street even if the asphalt is somewhat warped from heat and traffic, and even if the load is not all that heavy, the whole cart easily tilts. The two wheels are set far to close to be stable. The hardware in the handle is so cheap it is not at all rigid if your cart starts to tilt. I was crossing a busy urban intersection in rush hour and just the asphalt's warp from traffic and heat in the crosswalk caused my cart to in two instances to completely topple sideways. All I had was about 25 lbs of baggage. I tried to hold steady on the handle but it just twisted. Both times I had to move fast to get it righted and cross. The handle swung into my shorts pocket and hit my smartphone and shattered the screen. I had to buy another smartphone because of such a flimsy cart design. It will also vie off course with uneven surfaces. Also the lock-in-place handle at 90 degrees easily slips out. I had the bungee cord tight to hold my load but even with proper firm tightness the cart will fold halfway up making your load such that it tips even more easily. I had to repeatedly hold the cart down with my foot and pull on the handle to lock it back in place. Also the retracting handle gets stuck. I couldn't collapse the handle back down several times and only after a lot of manipulating it took a lot of tries to get it to collapse shorter. I contend this cart is a blatant design failure. Others might like it because they were on very even surfaces. I was normally taking city buses and walking on city sidewalks. I used it about 3 times then returned it.
