Umm these are great!
Umm these are great! I loved it! I would definitely buy again! I followed the instructions to a tee and just rinsed them for a little over a minute in a strainer under cold water. Then I put them in a dry no oil or butter warm skillet and stirred them around in the medium heat til they were half way dried. Then I added about three tablespoons of butter,a alfredo sauce powder packet,a medium mountain of pecorino romano cheese,a good amount of cayenne pepper, splashes of water and stirred it all up to make a sauce the amount I desired and consistency. At the end I added grilled chicken strips and frozen edamame and it tastes great! The noodles taste like a crunchy chewy Al dente noodle. It was really enjoyable and filling to eat! The flavor takes on whatever flavor you put into it it doesn’t have any flavor on its own if you rinse them off well like the instructions say. I will definitely be making this again. These are great to have around and they’re filling too! Not soggy like pasta but they are tender and push back a little when you chew but not in a unbreakable way more in an Al dente way.

Good tip for GREAT texture!
I really do love these noodles. I went back to low carb to restart my heath journey, and these were the first things I bought. The noodles themselves essentially taste like nothing, so the spices/sauces you use really do take center stage of any dish you make, with the noodles providing that satisfying pasta substitute.A friend once gave me this tip, and it really made a difference for me- boil the noodles for 3 minutes, and then dry roast them in a skillet (no oil added) until they are dry and make a squeaking sound when you move them around the skillet. This gets rid of the rubbery taste and lets them better absorb the sauces. I always make the noodles this way, and they are always delicious.

Awesome
I have been on keto and searching for some kind of noodle that could pass the taste test . Obviously it’s what you prepare them with that helps . I can never find ones that holdUp to the test . These are actually pretty good. Especially being keto friendly . I’d buy them again for sure. Although I can only say that about the fettuccini , I have not tried the others

Texture not so great….
I’m sure someone will love these, just not me. They look like fettuccine noodles and do not taste bad. The texture is what I do not like. It’s kind of like chewing thin rubber bands.

Me encantó

Taste is fine, texture is another issue
I purchased these to make a diabetic friendly version of fettuccine alfredo. Let me start out by saying the person I cook for is extremely picky and usually hates any healthy alternatives to his favorite dishes. I still try for his health's sake. Back to the noodles. When you open the package, there is a strong, fishy odor. That being said, it easily goes away with a thorough rinsing (as instructed on the package). Now the texture...I prepared them per the instructions and tasted one before mixing it with the sauce. A lot of people describe it as rubbery. You are able to chew it, but there is an almost rubbery/semi-solid gelatinous texture to it that I couldn't get past. Oddly enough, my super picky eater liked them. I will fake it and continue making them for my friend. They don't have a taste of their own and will try the cooking directions given by others that are supposed to help with the texture.

I loved it!
I made beef stroganoff with these noodles. Not exactly the texture of regular noodles; but I liked it, not too far off. Very easy to prepare. Tasted great with the regular stroganoff additions. Not very much in one package; but enough for a serving with a couple sides. And, best of all, very low in carbs! So great for my very low carb diet! Absolutely loved it! Very satisfied!

So These Are Amazing. Brought JOY to My Noodle-Less Existence. .Directions MUST Be Followed
When directions are followed and these are correctly prepared, they are HEAVEN!! The final product is no different than a linguine or Fettuccine. There was NONE of the complained about sogginess or fishy taste. (I assume maybe people are trying to cook them like they're noodles and ignoring the instructions?? )They're flavorless. Most importantly (to me at least): They are substantial and have the body and weight to them to give the exact noodle mouth-feel : ) (I hate Zoodles. they are like a tease to me). These could definitely be much cheaper, but they mimic noodles perfectly which is priceless if you follow a regimen that causes you to live a noodle-less existence like me.I was so close to passing on these based on the bad complaints and photos but took a chance on the (few) impressive pics and rave reviews. SO Glad I did. It will now be staple. Add 1 more rave review to the count.TL:DR:-I highly recommend.-Some pictures in reviews look hideous, but some look divine. Focus on the divine and read why/how-FOLLOW Directions and there'll be little NOT to love about these.
