Organic, Non-GMO and Grass Fed Mozzarella!
It's hard to find cheese that is organic, non-gmo and grass-fed, but I couldn't give up cheese entirely! The texture is a little different than you may be used to if you usually buy blocks of conventional mozzarella, but rest assured that when it melts on your food you won't know the difference!

NO LONGER GRASSFED
What a disappointment when I went to the store today 7/29/19 and the blocks of Mozzerella that I always buy, that were grass fed are now Pasture Raised!!!! Bait and switch this is NOT the same. The picture is no longer what this is showing here on Amazon, it is a new label, see my photo. I just took a photo of the mozzarella, but mind you every single one said pasture raised no longer grassfed!!!! Will no longer spend over $6 on a block of cheese that isnt grassfed.
