BEWARE! Failed after 1/2 a season
Bought this pump last June 2019. I used it for 3 months in 2019. I removed it and stored in a heated building for the winter. Installed 2 weeks ago and now it quit. Just hums when turned on. I have checked to make sure the impeller rotates free and had an electrician check the power supply. All check out ok. Expensive pump that cant seem to make it through 1 season. Very unhappy with this purchase.

Good Pump
Replaced an old 2hp pump. Really easy to install, was literally swap out pumps, attach hoses and turn on. I like the high/low option my old pump didn’t have. I run it on low for circulating, and high when vacuuming my 24 ft. pool. Works great. Hopefully it lasts more then a few years..

Well worth the money
It’s an awesome pool pump. The only snag I had was. In the Manuel,( yes Iam one of those people, I read the instructions) it says you need a licensed electrician before hooking up..I called one out!!! Didn’t need it! It was already wired! Other than that. It really makes the water in my pool like a jacuzzi!

Awesome pump for the price
What was there not to like. 3/4 HP pool pump for pennies compared to others. Has been working like a champ on my 18ft round above ground pool for a month now. Low is powerful enough to exchange 9000gal of water in 8hrs. Switch it to high and it run my Wanda whale with 24ft of hose without issue.

I should not say I Won’t buy again
Finally needed to use , fitting broke while hooking up. So not so good for backup. I did change my review!!Thank goodness my son was able to fix , so be prepared to change out the fitting.. And it’s not the 2 horse motor ,it’s 1and half. It is running and seam to working okay .
