Great for the money
I have Had no issues with this shampoo bowl and chair. Very easy to use and comfortable

Assembly is difficult
Very difficult to assemble. But it seems like a nice chair. Especially for the price. *update* I originally gave this product to four-star. But the pipe that connects to the sink to the rest of the plumbing leaks. I have tried to contact this company but they have not responded. I have not use this chair on clients yet. We’re opening our salon late January.

Ok Product
So here is the real deal....1. You will spend additional money on plumbing parts for this item. I spent another $50 or so dollars.2. If you are tall and I am 5' 8" you will find yourself hunching over.3. Handle is hard to put on.4. Chair does not move. Stays in the reclined position.5. Have to be careful how you get in this chair as it will flip up if you don't bolt it down someway.My overall thoughts are, sometimes it may be worth it to spend more to get better. However, this is an ok product for the price. It will get the job done especially if you are starting out.

It'll work!
Very comfortable ,water hook up was a challenge have to be bolted to the floor or tipping when the client stands will occur.love the wide bowl functions very well.

Just spend the extra
What I like is that it is a good looking chair but the hoses are not plumbing hoses they are a cheap vacuum hose that had cracks in it and didn't fit properly. I would just spend the extra money and buy a better washing chair.I will try to get my money back and send the chair back.

Pain to get together
Will it is not so easy to put together But if it works then I happy did have a lot of time and the money it get a better on the drain in sink Was cross thread and doesn’t fit right had to take it out and replace the whole thing plus the pop at the bottom cut my finger will see what it is like when I have customers to shampoo the hose to the sprayer is too short not comfortable

Easy to assemble
I love that this was easy to assemble, and is very sturdy, and the bowl it’s self is a really nice size
