The only brass censor you'll ever need - with one minor gripe
This is a mid-sized brass censor 10cm diameter x 14cm high with 36cm chains, weighing in at 798g. It will accept 3-4 burning charcoal disks together.It's a good product overall. My only criticism would be that the clasp holding the three chains together is a bit flimsy, and it would have been better were it a little stronger.Warning: when charcoal is burned in the bowl for more than a few minutes, it can become as hot as a stove so you need to handle it with care.The design of this kind of product has been unchanged for centuries, and once you have one it can last the lifetimes of several generations so it's worth investing in a good one. If you can live with the rather delicate clasp at the apex of the three chains, or even better replace it with a stronger brass ring, this will be the only censor you'll ever need.
