Box is in terrible shape and clearly previously opened with multiple tears and damage. Potty seat has scratches and obvious disinfectant wipe marks (this is my second child, I know what it looks like when you wipe matte plastic with a Lysol wipe, it leaves a residue). Smelled weird. Bag inside was open, instruction paper was crumpled and looked to have been handled.I am very unhappy about the quality upon arrival. Also, this is much bigger than I expected. Shipping was fast.

You can just pop off the seat and attach it to your toilet when they reach that level and it's an adorable footstool! The seat is very cushy and it's light yet durable. Great that is versatile. Can get messy though when you have a baby boy using it as training potty chair. Pee gets under the seat, then you have to wash 5 pieces and the floor.

What can I say? it thought my 19 month old how to be independent.If you have a boy baby, be ready for major cleaning. The pee leaks into every compatiment. And the hole at the bottom leaks the pee to the floor, to prevent that I put a towel underneath the potty.The white thing where the child seat, only had this product for a month that white thing is wearing out.For the price it’s not worth it.

I bought this for my new 2 year old for Christmas. She wasn’t ready to potty train, I just didn’t want to get her a bunch of useless things (her birthday was the week before). I put it in the bathroom so she could stand on it to reach the tap water to wash hands. It isn’t super sturdy and did not trust it to not cause injury. I ended up putting it in my garage until we are ready to potty train.

I just received this item and have not used it for full on potty training so far. But I think my daughter and I are really going to like it when she starts training. She is a tall 14 month old and she can sit on and get off of it just fine. I just hope she doesn't outgrow it before she is fully potty trained. For some reason I expected the lid to be more secure or latch, but it just sits on top which is fine. The white cushion seems soft and is also sturdy enough. The bowl inside seems quite large; a plus in my opinion. I wish it had a little better grip on the bottom for my tiled floor.

Love this potty! It's great for at home in the toilet and for traveling too! My only complaint is that the soft white part on the top just comes right off, I wish it were attached in some way. Otherwise I'm very happy about this purchase!
