I’ve been using this handy tester for my hydroponic garden, and it’s been fantastic. It gives fast, accurate readings for pH, TDS, EC, salinity, and temperature, which helps me keep my nutrient levels perfectly balanced. The constant temperature compensation ensures my readings stay consistent, even when my water temp fluctuates. It’s easy to calibrate and the display is clear and easy to read. I'm getting serious about hydroponics and this is a must-have for keeping my plants healthy and thriving.

We had our salt water swimming pool's water tested about a week before using this gadget. The results were pretty accurate. Why 4 stars? The usage directions were "all over the place" layout wise, with broken English. Basically, one can figure it out, but still, the directions! Hopefully, with this, we can save some trips to the pool store for testing. We maintain our own pool, typically using the paper dip strips. But the darn board that communicates with the salt cell - is being bad again - worse than household appliances! - (i think we have installed 4 boards within 15 years, ugh!) We purchased this, obviously, to monitor salt.

I did not buy this tool to measure my pool water but rather to test the water quality of water coming into my house and to help maintain my hydroponics vegetable grow. I tested it against a known accurate meter and they both read the same for PPS, EC and pH. I like the easy to ready readout and it appears the 3 LR44 batteries are easy to change. I looked at several other meters that look identical to this one and most are listed as IP67 waterproof. This one has rubber o-rings so I think it's safe to say it is probably also IP67 waterproof.

I am new(ish) to pool maintenance. I had a "pool guy" doing my pool since new about 2 years ago and just decided to do it myself. I knew enough to know that I needed something a little more exact than a color on a test strip that I match to the color chart on the test strip bottle. Since I have a salt water pool I also wanted something to test salinity. This 5 in 1 digital tester and the test strips give me the confidence to make sure the results I am seeing is the actual condition of the pool water. I really want and like my pool being as clear and clean as possible and with this digital tester I can do just that. The one thing to remember is that if you have a salt water pool, you don't need to read the TDS as the "free salt in the pool will be considered a part of the TDS reading. I like salt water pools as they make my skin feel better than a traditional chlorine pool. Would I recommend this 5 in 1 tester to friends and family? Yes. This tester gives me the confidence that I am making or should I say deciphering the test strip results correctly and with this tester, I am more accurate than just test strips alone. As an added extra benefit, I use the TDS reading for my car washing. Using the TDS meter for my car washing helps me to make sure my rinse water is free of "solids" that will cause water spots.

This helped me correct readings from a bad salt cell. Great device.

This was completely useless. The instructions were incomprehensible, and there was nothing to tell you what was considered to be a good/bad/normal/abnormal reading. I was checking on salt and it said .02 -- but what does that mean? Is the water coming out of the faucet too salty? (I just installed a water softener, which adds salt to the water, and was worried about my garden and my outside pond fish.) Plus I have no idea if I was actually using the thing correctly because of the useless instructions. Don't bother. Also, it is cheaply made.

If you are using it for every day use in an indoor garden, you will need to calibrate it weekly or more. After 5 or 6 weeks of every day use, it now reads sporadically a day after it was calibrated. I cant trust the readings on this which could the the reason my plants are struggling right now. I guess its my fault for taking the cheaper route. It might be good if you need to check your pool water or drinking water every now and again but to be using it in an indoor garden and checking plants every day, this one is a big big no for me. I would highly suggest not cheaping out on this kind of product as your plants health and life rely on an accurate reading.

Wanted a quick way to test water for my aquarium. Simple to use and accurately measures TDS, pH, and temperature. I tested against another digital meter as well as API test kit and they all came in very close for the readings. Measurement readings for TDS and pH fluctuates slightly and is slightly slow taking a few seconds to settle at a general reading, but I assume it’s always calculating the small changes in real time. The one thing I don’t like is it uses three LR coin style batteries which can be expensive. The meter is bulkier than just a standard TDS meter so a standard AA or AAA would have been nice. Other than that, the meter is a nice way to get several readings at once without fiddling with other tests.

Este medidor es fiable, en auto calibración dando las ventajas de no estar continuamente calibrando manualmente. También con un manual con barios idiomas, eso lo hace versátil y muy practico. Calidad precio recomendable.

Acquisto per misurare valori di ph, salinità e cloro della mia piscina. Il prodotto è di buona fattura, ottime plastiche e un buon schermo led. Veramente molto semplice da usare basta inserire la parte terminale direttamente in piscina o tramite una caraffa prelevare un campione d’acqua per e poi fare la misurazione. Sul display verrà quindi indicato il valore selezionato. Devo dire che mi sembra sicuramente più preciso della classiche pastigliette di cloro e ph che usavo settimanalmente, dove mi sembrava sempre di andare un po’ a tentoni. Acquistato da poco ma mi sta dando buoni riscontri e quindi sembra funzionare. Per ora contento del mio acquisto

Non sono un esperto e per il primo anno mi sono cimentato nel "sistemare" l'acqua di una piscina fuori terra. Il misuratore è perfetto: si toglie il tappo, si accende e si immerge in mezzo bicchiere di acqua di piscina da analizzare. Puntualmente tira fuori il valore ph che poi corrisponde a quello delle striscette, che però trovo scomode o a volte poco affidabili. Ad ogni modo sono passato dalle striscette a questo misuratore e sono altamente soddisfatto dalla resa. Per di più non bisogna nemmeno impazzire in tarature e simili (cose che difficilmente sarei in grado di fare) perchè arriva già pronto all'uso. Consiglio

Misuratore semplice da utilizzare e molto preciso.

Misuratore ph veloce ed efficace, consente di testare il ph dell’acqua e non solo ed è molto reattivo senza dover aspettare l’esito. Molto meglio delle strisce che fanno perdere molto piu tempo e bisogna sempre acquistarne altre. Con questo misuratore ho risolto del tutto e ce l’ho sempre a portata di mano. Funziona con delle semplici batterie e durano a lungo, lo consiglio vivamente.
