I bought this controller for use with PC so the review below relates to how it functions with Windows 10.The controller feels great in your hands and the action on the triggers is fine. The real issue with this controller is the two thumbsticks. These have two major problems which makes this controller nearly useless for any game which requires accuracy:Problem 1: The thumb sticks have a huge dead zone. This results in turning or moving full speed or completely stopping in many cases. It makes it difficult to make a small adjustment to your aim. While this could be corrected using third party software, a correction isn't necessary for any other third party xbox controller that I have purchased.Problem 2 (the bigger problem): The thumb sticks appear to be digital and have very poor mapping. In practice, this means that you can only move the thumb stick in 8 directions like a D pad (up, down, left, right, and perfect diagonals). You cannot accurately turn a few degrees to adjust your aim in game. Unfortunately, this problem cannot be fixed through remapping the controller with third party software and it makes the controller entirely useless in any game which requires dual thumbstick aiming.Conclusion: Due to poor design and mapping of the thumb sticks, this controller cannot be used for anything that requires precise aiming or motion (which I believe is most games). As these are clear design flaws that should have been picked up within 5 minutes of testing the product, I would recommend purchasing from another manufacturer if possible.

The controller was opened Friday and on Sunday morning I had a problem where the game wasn't behaving according to the input I was giving. I cancelled the online game to test the controller and sure enough the trigger button had gotten stuck even though it didn't appear stuck. When I squeezed the trigger a couple times to see if it was just sticking it made a grinding noise and the whole trigger submerged into the unit. Also the unit showed up with an open package, both the delivery envelope and the box itself had been opened. I didn't think much of it though because the controller was there. Even if it worked, the Amazon Basics version or the Power A controllers are much better.

The one problem with my controller was the left and right bumpers. I have squeeze the bumper buttons extremely hard to get them to function. While everything else the product was operable, those two button left game-play lacking. If it operated in a satisfactory fashion, I would have increased to at least 3 stars. However, I was disappointed.

Fisrt off the headset port doesn't work, and for some reason it keeps tring to update and it never does. its smaller than a regular controller. hard to use if ya have big paws and the lights are to bright.

I had ordered this for my Alienware Alpha. Got it in the mail today- looks and feels nice. Plugged it up but didn't recognize it. Since I was using an xbox 360 controller, I had to install a new driver for an xbox one controller. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any drivers online to install. They offered me a full refund, which I am grateful for. Like I said, it looks and feels great, it's just unfortunate I was not able to use it.

Controller looks and feel okay, buttons are all responsive, excluding the right trigger which sticks mildly. Controller's drivers are garbage, dated all the way back to 2006, audio cuts out when plugged in, presumably because the faulty drivers think a headset has also been plugged in when one is not present. An hour of trouble shooting did nothing to alleviate my problems, so I'm returning it.

Very different feel from standard controller. Might work for PC, but avoid for Xbox. Also note that not all product reviews here are for this controller! Many are for other items, such as skins and stickers.

it is only to connect the device to the pc I use it in window 10 64 bit ... the best control to play I recommend it ... it recognizes all the games of pc and xbo
