do you put it on after you bake the pizza or before you bake it?

Either will work. I prefer after the pizza has baked so as not to char the seasoning.

King Arthur does not state this is gluten free because of cross contamination in the factory. Not all seasonings are gluten free.

Does the spice taste like pizza or is it to put on pizza as an Italian flavor?

The spices taste good on Italian food and pizzas.

Isn’t this the same product you can get direct from the King Arthur website for $6.95?

Not exactly. i just checked at the King Arthur site, and It's $8.95 there plus $6 shipping, so the total would be $14.95.
