These things are so cool. Built a bed for my Granddaughter that has a bunky underneath for sleepovers. A traditional bed skirt would not work and the elastic kind was just a toy for the cat to swing on. Took a regular bed skirt and added these to it to so the bed skirt snaps directly to the bottom of the bed. Perfect!

Not stainless steel
These are not stainless steel. They are a zinc and nickel alloy. Super cheap and will eventually rust.

Cheap junk that will cost you whatever you are trying to use them onCheap not even a one use item... snap them on and everyone them came apart glad I spent most of my day putting new snaps on my tonneau cover now it's all in the trash !! Don't waste your money on them it'll cost you more in the long run with whatever your trying to use them on!!!! Glad my TONNEAU was cheap to ruin haha not Thank You

The fasteners looked to be of good quality, but were not. If any tension at all was put on them they would pop loose.Update after contacting customer service, i am very happy to say that they worked with me on this situation and made things right. I must admit I was very pleased with their willingness to help.

Worked out perfect. They did exactly what they are ment to do. Although I had a couple of them break when I went to screw them in. Make sure you drill the right size hole, they wouldn't self tap for me. But I'm still very happy with this product.

Don't hold up against wind.
What I liked most was the ease of installing these fasteners to the marine grade vinyl and wood porch. What I liked the least and earns it a three star rating instead of a 5 is that the slightest amount of wind causes the snaps to blow apart which defeats their purpose for using on a porch even though they are marketed for such use.

I ordered these and a single 6-pack of the General Tools snaps for a comparison test. These snaps may work OK for an application that is not too demanding of strength and durability. However, I need snaps for a boat cover, and I will order more of the General Tools snaps to do the job (much stronger and better quality). I guess you get what you pay for.

Not as heavy duty as the original snaps
I bought these to replace some broken snaps on my boat covers. While quite inexpensive, they are not as heavy duty as the original snaps. However, they do work well with the original male ends that are attached to the boat hull. I will just have to see if they stand up over time. Please wait for the sequel to this review in a year or so.
