Grab a ruler
If you want to mount these shelves in a specific manner you'll need to make several measurements. I used a ruler, a level, a pencil, an eraser, and a power screwdriver. I like the way it turned out. The shelves are rated at 11lbs maximum load. They allow me to get a few things off a couple of tables that I keep moving to get to other things.

Not what I expected
Not as shown in picture. When u hang it there is no flat area to set anything down on the frame itself. The hooks in the back make it hang sideways. The screws that it comes with make big holes in your wall. I was not happy.

Love the look of these shelves. Good quality. They were a little difficult to hang, however, but we purchased some new screws and anchors and they look awesome.
