Step aside your ego
Why are we constantly being misaligned from natural? And have to realign? Because our world was built on ego. The ego will always mislead you. It restricts your perception of reality and puts itself at the center and tries to stay there. Becoming aware of this lessens its power. It has full access to power of your mind. Look at hitler! This book- 'Get Grounded.... " is very, very good at showing you how to gently edge your ego aside keeping in control of that pesky side of you which has been called by Jesus- the devil; Satan himself.

I feel less stress already!
A wonderful book on how to take care of your body through mindful exercises. I enjoyed doing the exercise uses as I read the book. I am making a list of these centering exercises to keep on my person so when I feel stressed I can release it by the breathing techniques or the walking, or massaging techniques. Just sitting here going through a handful of techniques brought me a noticeable calm feeling. Looking forward to doing all 35 of these exercises to bring balance into my life when needed.

Some good simple tips and thoughts if a little too woo woo for me. Gets you thinking deeper and questioning your daily life which for that I am grateful

Perfect
This book was perfect. I loved the imagery and I've learned so much. It's not too overwhelming and I read it quickly. As a Mom you only get to read during nap time. I can't believe I finished it in only one day! Love this book.

OMG!
I feel uplifted and inspired! This is something to keep with me at all times(I'm thinking in the car especially!)to help me remember to do just little things everyday to help me stay awake, grounded and grateful! What profound and simple wisdom in what I think should/ could/ WILL be a daily reader,for me! Pick a topic a day! I'm going to! don't we all want to feel better?! A good Natural Healing book.
This book was easy to read. It reminds us of the need to be grounded. This is something I can do on the grass or sand while doing Tai Chi. The book can be read in a few hours, because it is not a long book. I am into natural healing and grounding is one way to help your body do what it is meant to do.

A quick, easy read for daily boosts.
This book employs many techniques from breath and yoga to Asian and Indian medicine. Interesting combinations of exercises to refocus our day to day life.

Excellent
Excellent. Well written. This book has many tips and it's written from a point of view. It's not just generic stuff thrown together. The book also contains great quotes that I really appreciated. I would highly recommend this book for anyone who wants to learn how to take better care of themselves.

Wonderfully refreshing to the soul
I absolutely loved this book, it has so many wonderful mini meditations, if you don't feel you have much time to read, you can easily read one section a day, it will only take you 15 mins to read one section and the grounding exercises can be done anywhere any time. Highly recommend this book! I wish it could have been a little longer as I was enjoying it so much, I'll defiantly look out for more work by this author, she is a very relatable and friendly flowing writer. On the kindle version each section has a link in the index so you can just find the meditation/ inspiration you want and click it, so you don't have to paw through the book looking for the one you want, if you wanted to complete them again. Lovely little book!

Bliss On Kindle
What a heart warming book. The author offers a soulful selection of practical and spiritual tips which really nurtures and nourishes you. As I was reading I could feel stress slip off my shoulders, I looked at the clouds, stretched my toes, sat taller and generally practiced each tip as I read. Nice lay out, with a clear explanation of the benefits of the exercise and an uplifting quote. Nice one. Definitely one to buy to keep in your handbag.

Excellent reminder
Self care is so important, particularly if you come from a family that has never really shown much love or affection. It's important to take that responsibility for yourself. This book gives great ideas, and even explains what self-care is. It might sound strange to some people, but self-care sometimes does need explaining and guided, in a simple and caring way. Highly recommend.

You don't realize how much you need this book until you try the ways to get grounded.
~ There’s more to life than increasing its speed. Gandhi ~ This book is full of such inspiring quotes to illustrate the succinct explanations of many and various ways for making your life more livable and more grounded. Each section has easy exercises which are simple ways of getting in touch with yourself and your environment. These can be done by themselves or perhaps in addition to yoga exercises, if you do yoga. I just picked one favourite exercise, and find it very beneficial.
