This arrived as described....that's where the good news ends. I inflated one tyre with a slow puncture from 2.2 bar up to 2.6 bar once. Then on the second occasion a day later when I tried to do the same thing 60 miles from my home this machine just stuttered ...rapidly started and stopped a few times then refused point blank to work. Not worthy of being called a tyre inflator. Unfortunately, the packing for this thing has been discarded after it worked ok the first time. Luckily I still had my 20 year old inflator from Halfords in the boot which saved the day. I give it one star purely because I cannot give it zero stars.**AMENDMENT** :-After contacting the seller directly through Amazon and informing them that I was unable to return the item complete with packaging as it had all been thrown out, I was offered an immediate and full refund and told it was not necessary to return the faulty item, so full marks there for customer service. I have uprated my star rating from 1 star to 2 stars after taking this into account. So, in summary, the item is very poor and disappointing but the response from the seller was first class.

My trusty Halfords tyre pump died recently, and they don't make the one I had anymore, so I needed too find something new.I tried a ‘bargain’ pump, which claimed to do car tyres, but it was beyond useless and I had to try againThis caught my eye, because of the colours and the fact that you can pre-program the tyre pressure you want and the pump will stop when it is reached - so you don't have to stand over it while it’s working.I’m very impressed with it, as it has clearly been designed by someone that uses a pump like this - all you want is included. There’s a nice long ‘cigarette lighter’ power lead, a sturdy air hose, a light for use in the dark, and the ability to switch between psi and bar options and choose the pressure you need.It works and inflates my tyres quickly, and the leads wrap around / go inside the body of the case - so it’s quick and easy to put away. A very good item.

The product description and accompanying manual state that this pump is capable of over 100psi. I bought two, one for my car (35psi) and one for my motorhome (80psi). Worked fine on the car, but the motorhome's pump only achieved around 72psi before showing signs of giving up, with the pump cutting in and out. At around 78psi the pump failed entirely and smoke started pouring out. I tried the other, in case it was just a one-off faulty unit, however the second pump also started cutting in and out at around 75psi. I stopped it before it could begin to smoulder and will keep it for the car but the other has been returned. Do not buy if you need anything over 'normal' car tyre pressures.**Update** The second pump has now failed. Apparently the return window has closed, despite my understanding that I am legally entitled to a repair of full refund within 6 months of purchase.Don't waste your time or money on this piece of junk.

Exceeds my expectations. It is well behaved. It does not start working the moment you plug it until you press start even between tyres. This is an advantage. It is quick. Well designed and does not vibrate too much. Best portable tyre I have ever owned. I have used several times and will recommend it.

This is a useful digital tire inflator. It's small and lightweight enough to be perfectly stowed in the boot of my car, without taking up too much space.It's very intuitive to use.With it, I also received some very handy accessories that I can use to inflate other stuff, like footballs, inflatable matrasses.I'm happy with this purchase.

Used this for the first time today and was disappointed to find that the function whereby you enter the desired tyre pressure on the display and then sit back while the machine does the rest, really didn't work. Setting a desired pressure of 28 PSI resulted in the machine persistently cutting off at 25.5 PSI which rather defeats the object. The obvious workaround is to set a higher than needed pressure and hope it stops round about where you actually want to be but that's not how it should be of course. I used a separate pressure gauge to check what I'd actually ended up with so an old-fashioned foot pump would probably have served just as well!

very impressed with this air compressor rapidly blows up tyres in seconds. so far only used to 20 psi but the intention is to use for car in future. only slight niggle is if i set to say 20 it'll go past it drop down and sometimes let it go below. it doesn't stabilise.

I've always wanted to have one of these in my car just in case I need it. Did I but it? No. Just after I found myself with a flat tyre at the airport parking and had to call a friend that came with one of these. I wish I had bought this earlier. Now I learned how to use it and couldn't be easier. It's not the huge box I was thinking, design is slim and compact, doesn't take much room on the boot at all. I'll make sure I'll have it at my car the all time and I'll buy a second one for my husband's car. It can save your day.
