Shiatsu Massage Pillow with Heat

I use this massager to rub stiff muscles in my leg and in my neck. I find its very effective, but you have to like hard massages. The kind that kicks your butt a little and feels better the next day...yah, that is me. If you like gentle rubs, this will not work for you. You also have to work with the unit...meaning you have to move your body around to either hit the right spot or to move to a different spot. I enjoy it!

I like everything about this unit. I can move it to virtually every contour on my body that is similar to the back of the neck, e.g., shoulders, upper arms, waist, hips, thighs and calves. Self-controlled pressure on this lightweight unit. Heat and shiatsu-type rotation; reverse rotation on the auto-timer. If it lasts a long time, it will be one of the best investments I've made in years. END

Very nice product. It comes quickly with good package. Actually , my job is sitting in front of laptop to tap tap and tap. Sitting for a long time with the unchanged posture is really a tough thing. It leaves me with pain in the back and neck when I am working. My friend noticed that and recommended this to me. I decided to try that and bought one finally. "Oh man", it is exactly what I need now. I is very convenient to be used and really relax my discomfort. I do highly recommend this to you guys having sore neck muscles

Sciatica nerve acting up? Huge knot in the middle of your back for no reason? Stiff neck from sleeping weird? Sore from working your rump off every day? Old injury from that bad job you had in your twenties? THIS THINGS GOT YOUR... well, BACK!! It feels exactly like real knuckles digging in, but that never tire. I recommend putting it in place first then slowly pushing your back/body up against it, otherwise it can dig in a little too hard. But sometimes that feels good too. I got this just as test for a gift idea not expecting much but it relaxes me so much and relieves alot of pain. I've even used this on sore leg muscles too. Just feels great. Rub it all over. I love mine so much I'm getting it as gifts for my fellow sore and in pain people out there. Even has heat, so so good.

Aside from being slightly difficult to position, and that it has to be plugged in at all times, the person I gifted this to absolutely loved it! It’s not too warm when it heats up so it doesn’t make them all sweaty, and there was instant pain relief. It’s obviously not very heavy or deep, but does help to relieve a lot of tension and knots.

The combination of heat with the massage made this massager great for lower back all the way up to the neck. Be careful not to over do it, it left me quite sore the next day. But I used it longer than the instructions stated.
