The lowest white light setting is fairly bright; I would think it is too bright for a night-light in a room where you were sleeping, but would be an excellent minimal light in a hallway or bathroom. The middle brightness is great and the highest brightness is sufficient to read by. The range of light is very large - it lights upward from the base and the light is cast around the room very well. At the highest brightness setting, it easily illuminates a regular-size room comfortably. The color changing mode is spectacular - an extremely wide range of colors and shades that shift smoothly. This mode also puts out a great deal of illumination; just in a variety of colors. I am very happy with the lamp as a whole; my only issue was that the touch sensor wasn't responsive. Another problem I noted was that the lamp was extremely lightweight and had a smooth bottom, so touching the lamp to activate the sensor caused the whole lamp to shift across whatever surface it was on.

It’s a good light for the money. Like the battery function. Red pilot light when plugged in is very dim and not noticeable in bedroom. Wish white light got a little dimmer, may Make sleeve for it from vellum. Colored light is very saturated, not washed out, nice but wish color were dimmable and that it remembered. last setting after being turned off. For all the people that think it broke after first use.... you have to tough it for 2-3 second to turn on and off. Took mem about 5 minutes to figure that out. Note, this light fills an area, not a room. Great beside bed.

I'm very impressed by this light, I love it. It's easy to use, lights up my room enough that it's perfect for when I'm up but dont yet want to turn my actual room light on or need to get up in the middle of the night. I wish it had a 4th light setting that was even brighter that when you tap it that third time BUT I am very happy with it <3 10/10 would reccomend this for adults and kids :)

I use this as a nightlight for my son who is 2.5 years old. The brightness is perfect, but to get the lamp on and off can be challenging, having to touch it multiple times, wait a couple seconds and try again....I would rather have a switch.

Light was ON when I opened shipping box! And I couldn't get it to turn off! Mate picked it up and tilted it and it went off and we couldn't get it back on. Clearly it is not working properly. Return! Such a disappointment, because it looks great when it is on.

Sometimes I can press the top and it will come on and sometimes it won't. This happened the same day that I got it. It's not a bad product, I like the style. But it's cheaply made.

I purchased this item because it was portable and chargeable. I received a defective product that did not hold a charge. The manufacturer of the product reached out to me, offered a replacement and requested I post a new review. So here I am. It charges and lasts a sufficient amount of time, the color variations are great and is of overall good quality (plastic, of course) Great customer service, and great product. I say go for it!

Great for our nursery. The various light settings allow us to dim or make brighter. Havent used the different colors so far as we are only using it as light to check on baby. Does the job and is light weight and portable. We will probably use it more often when baby gets older and we can do more things.
