They work great
These units did everything they are supposed to, they appear to be good quality and I've had them working now for a couple of months with no problem. The only possible issue I can see with them, and this could be the case for any similar product, is that they present a non-trivial security risk to ones computer and home network.In order to use them you have to have the app which then associates them with you personally (from your phone) as well as physically if you put in precise location information. The vendor's system has to know your ISP-provided internet address. The units communicate freely with a server somewhere. Over the course of 3 days they transmitted about 1MB and received 1MB of data to/from the web using 4 different protocols including a file transfer protocol. It's not that much but it's not nothing. And since it is virtually unknowable what was in those 2MB of traffic or what the software in these devices is configured to to, I have to be aware that I have put my trust in some random Chinese company that programmed these switches. works well via Google assistant as well as Alexa.
Simple setup,Great qualityworks well via Google assistant as well as Alexa.They were super simple to install,Just be sure you have a neutral (white) wireThe mobile app is simple to use and setup, it walks you through the entire installation process from wiring to connecting the wifi to your switchesI did have one issue connecting 1 of the units, my mistake wrong password when connecting to my wifi. After the wrong password, the unit wouldnt show in my wifi settings....I ended up pressing the on/off button for 30 secs - it reset the unit (I heard a click) and then it connected to wifi and no problems.so far they work great!

Defective and very poor quality product don’t trust.
I wired up according to diagram and no power at all. The terminal screws were all crooked as if they were cross threaded. Very poor quality and I will never use this product in my home.

Can't get to work with Google Home.
Was easy to install and works great with it's own app but I cannot get it to work with my Google Home,which was the whole reason I got it. Now I have 1 more app on my phone and I can't control it with my voice. I know... 1st world problems!

Not worth the headache
I ordered a dual gang box for my sons room as a Christmas gift. Within a month one of them completely stopped working. KKcool refunded my money and I tried buying one more to keep the pair working. Shortly after installing the new one the other one stopped indicating whether or not the load connection was on. A week later the newest one stop working. In summary 3 switches in less than 3 months have all malfunctioned. There has been nothing from kkcool other than money back. I have a EE degree and have been boggled by the lack of troubleshooting info available. Stir clear is my best advise for now.

Switches Stop Working
These are very bad switches. Do not buy them. In the spirit of automating my house I bought a bunch of these switches and now I retreat it. The switches stopped working after a few months. My lights and fan won’t turn off. One by one these switches have been failing. Now I am going back to my old switches and guess what I have to pay for the labor cost of setting these up again. DONOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I need a refund for this.

Works great with Alexa
Simple to install and the app is easy to program. I am definitely going to add these all over our house!

Gotta know how the wires are ran!
Love them. Just gotta change my light switch fixture to plastic and all is good.
