They are not recommend to apply adhesive to and use as a direct mounting option. They are PVC so they will have some flexibility to them, but for installation they should remain flat as you would expect in a grid system. It would not fit properly if left to bent or flexed in any way. **Q: excuse the question. Are 10 sheets or 10 boxes?** A: Thank you for your question. Assuming that you intend to adhere them to drywall, I would say that the seams from tile-to-tile would not be precisely straight, so there may be some adjustments required. More importantly, they are smooth which would not be an ideal surface to apply adhesive onto. A bit of sanding on one side would likely be required for cohesion.
