I think this clip is a definite have for those experimenting in styling their hair. I like just leaving it on my fringe for a while amidst my skincare routine and get a favorable result. You just need to put something on your hair to keep the style as it is like some wax, gel or hairspray. Shipping-wise, it just takes a little longer than the usual because I think it is exported from somewhere overseas.

I have naturally flat hair so I was excited to try the DASHU volume clip since I heard about it through social media and it did not disappoint. It’s super easy to use and really perks up your hair when you use some hairspray and a blow dryer on lower airflow. I like to use it to add lift and volume to the center front pieces and let me tell you it makes a visible difference. I do wish the clip was a little wider to accommodate more surface area on the scalp but it’s so easy to use that it’s a minimal issue since you can just use the clip wherever you want more volume. The clip is small, and lightweight which makes it super easy to remove from hair without tangles if you just follow the directions. I’ve been using it for a couple weeks now and have occasionally dropped it at times so it’s super durable. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a quick, easy way to add volume without the hassle of using a round brush.

The DASHU Classic Styling Pik is good quality and feels durable right out of the box. The metal teeth feel sturdy and well-made, and I like that it’s rust-resistant so it should hold up over time. The fist-shaped handle is a fun, unique touch that also makes it easy to grip while styling. It does a solid job adding volume, especially when styling a quiff—I was able to lift the roots and create a fuller look without much effort. That said, it seems better suited as an afro pick for textured or curly hair. The spacing and length of the teeth feel more ideal for lifting and shaping thicker hair types rather than finer or straighter hair. Overall, it’s a nice quality styling tool with a cool design—just keep your hair type and styling goals in mind.

Absolutely useless! Tried it multiple times on wet hair and dry hair. I left it on for an hour and it did NOTHING.
