A very good substitute for knife. The boti allows you to hold the veggie or fruit with both your hands and just glide it through the blade cutting it into two halves. A person who has learnt the skill of using boti, seldom uses knives. This featured product has a foldable blade with sharp inner side. The blade can be sharpened as it is made of iron. Once sharpened it will perform as a new one. As it is made of iron, rust may appear in a few places. To remove rust just wipe the area hard and it will be removed. Apply some oil to prevent further rusting.
