This is one of the most affordable and quality food processor have seen. After several months of usage, I mistakely broke one of the part and I reached out to the customer service for replacement, their response was fast and positive. And yeah, got my replacement yesterday. I so much love their service and definitely will highly recommend and get more of their products. A big thankyou to the team

Fabulous easy to use just perfect

Wonderful while it lasted. Unfortunately, it just died after 9 months. Bought it in June’25 and in March’26 it refused to turn on again despite checking all connections and locks. I sent an email to Top Strong customer support and was very pleasantly surprised when within they sent me a replacement unit within a week. Great customer support.

This product is very very nice. This mixer is not only looks good it works well with every task I had to do. The one thing that makes this product as good as any on the marker is the fantastic price it makes this product unbeatable. From me it gets an A +++.

Great for my needs its compact so doesnt take up lots of space on my worktop I was using it to grate cheese last night I was surprised to find that as the bottom of the blocks got close to the rotating part it got stuck and made a bit of a mushy mess, I added more and kept going, the lid nearly came off so just so I didnt have a cheese explosion in my kitchen kept my hand on top of it.beware the appliance bowl/lid and accessories should be hand washed , the plastic is delicate so handle with care

The one delivered to me simply didn't work. Assembled and plugged into the mains, nothing happened. The fragile plastic bowl was also incredibly difficult to attach and detach from the motor unit, meaning it would be a real pain to use.

Very usef

Not very good for celebration cakes. Its not got a paddle. Smaller than expected. Have kept it and borrowed my friends food processor to do the job. Its a much bigger bowl than this to do American buttercream.
