The style of this work of faction is as fast-paced and as authentic as the story it tells; the jerky vernacular only adding to its realness. I alternately wished that my youth had resembled that of the gigging, drugging, living narrator and was grateful that it did not. I would have loved to have lived the roaming life but not to have endured the numbing deaths. For anyone who has a passion for music and a penchant for the wild side, this soundtrack of a life is a great read.Yeah baby!

Powerful and hard-hitting
An excellent read - a rollercoaster ride from start to finish.... A snappily written, yet powerful biography. You follow the life of a music-loving, drug-loving anarchist who certainly lives his life on the edge. The tone is constantly switching between comedy and tragedy. Written with humour and passion, this truly is a book you will find hard to put down.

Yeah baby
Unfortunately, I read this before damaged goods. Personally, I felt the author has "milked" the public with this book as a follow on from Yeah baby... Yeah baby has a fair bit of copy & pasted text from damaged goods, which personally I feel is an outrageous liberty and money making attitude from the author & publisher. I cannot understand why a publisher would want to print an almost "duplicate", unless it as for greed & money.
