Nice easy to use unit with memory. The bad thing is it only lasted 2 years. It won’t pressurize any more. I won’t buy this brand again.

This unit is very easy to understand and use. I'm a 6' 3" man, and although I wouldn't consider my wrists large, the part of the unit that is stiff has a very hard time fitting around my wrist. No problem with the velcro part though. I don't believe it is as accurate as a normal upper arm unit, but once I've built up a database of readings, I know if something is different than normal.
