I bought this weighted blanket as a gift for my girlfriend because she finds it difficult to fall asleep at night. She is also very sensitive to stress and from time to time she struggles with high anxiety episodes, so the blanket was a great idea to cheer her up and at the same time to help her out.I found this particular blanket very interesting because they didn't use poly pellets for the filling, instead, the blanket is filled with hypoallergenic glass microbeads making it smoother and easy to maneuver and washable as well (yes the blanket is washable). Another exciting feature that impressed me was a minor detail but it counted a lot: the exterior duvet cover has snaps instead of standard loops, so you can attach the duvet to the weighted blanket with some simple clicks and you don't need to struggle anymore. Also, my girlfriends love that calming forest green color, so I if she's happy then I'm happy too!Definitely, it was a great acquisition, so don't hesitate to purchase one while they are still discounted.

At first I thought the blanket was smothering but now I love it. The weight at first felt like it was holding me down. Fifteen pounds doesn't seem like much but when spread out in a blanket it is quite heavy which can make it hard to maneuver when trying to make the bed. On the third night, I began to find the blanket was actually making me relax. I'm not sure it feels like a hug but it is oddly comforting.The duvet covering is a beautiful green and it's very soft. It was easy to snap the weighted blanket into the cover. This blanket, however, was not big enough to cover my entire bed. I wish it had come in king size. Also, I wish it were longer if I pull it up around my head, my feet are uncovered. If I cover my feet, it only comes to just below my armpits.This one does have the glass beads and it is quite. I do not here any noise from the beads shifting. All in all, I love the blanket and would highly recommend it.

Got this for my girlfriend, and she adores it! It has been very helpful in reducing her anxiety/restless leg syndrome/sleep problems. The color is gorgeous and the material is so soft. Securing the cover to the blanket was a bit difficult at first, but now that I understand the "trick" to it, it's been super easy. Protip: turn the cover inside out, lay the blanket flat on top, secure the areas, then turn the cover back to normal and zip it up. Only complain I have is that the beads can sometimes gather in one area, causing the pressure of the blanket's weight not always feel even.

To be honest, before purchasing the blanket I was a bit skeptical about buying this product. But all I can say now is I am in love with this weighted blanket! It's great for my anxiety and absolutely perfect for falling asleep (finally). I really don’t know if I can ever sleep without it again, and I'm serious about it. Materials are super sturdy and the quality is excellent, not mentioning I absolutely love this green color that's gorgeous! Totally worth it and I can recommend this blanket to anyone for sure.

I love this weighted blanket! The outer cover is super soft and easy to to take off to wash. I have had issues with more of the weight shifting to one side of the blanket and not staying evenly distributed. I will typically try to rotate the blanket to even it out or make sure the weight is placed where it matters most. I have noticed that it does not shed outside, but the blanket does leave fuzzies on the inner part which may make it difficult if you wanted to remove the outer cover and sleep with just the blanket. This may be fixed by washing the cover before first use though.

Tried this on recommendation from a friend who said the 20 lb was too heavy. This 15 lb. is perfect. Bottom layer that touches skin is extremely soft. Color is beautiful. Gives you the cozy feeling, not too warm. Truly aiding my sleep issues. Love this product. The tabs keep things in place. Nothing but praise. Was worth the increase in money to get a beautiful color and the raised dot appearance. Love it!

I always had problems when going to bed and I was afraid to close my eyes because I knew I was unable to fall asleep immediately. Sometimes it took a few hours to be able to actually fall asleep and that's why I started to search for solutions until I found this miracle called weighted blanket! After many restless nights, last night it was my first night ever when I was able to get a proper rest, and I didn't wake up, not even once. First thing I did in the morning was to write this review to thank you for helping me out getting a proper sleep and finally be revitalized!I love the feeling of the blanket and for the hot summer nights you can always take off the duvet and use only the cotton weighted blanket because the inner material (glass beads) makes the blanket breathable so the airflow ventilation is excellent. Thank you again for everything and I'm sorry I can't rate this product with 10 stars.

Nice and heavy. The glass beads sometimes make a little noise when I'm making the bed, but none that I notice when I'm sleeping under it, even when I turn over. Works better without a sheet underneath, but well enough with a sheet. I'm sleeping more soundly with this blanket. 15 lbs feels better to me than the 12 lb blanket I had before my son took it over (I'm 5'3, ideally 110 lbs). The green is a nice deep emerald. The white is bright white - not my favorite, but fine.
