Good Product
It's too early for me to rate this product in total being that I just received it. As for pain relief goes the jury is still out on it, as for the range of motion. I find that I cannot sit and read comfortably because I cannot bend my neck forward as I wish. As for support, (PERFECT).

Not adjustable!
Velcro is only about two inches long. Not easy to adjust. Make sure you measure and know what size you need.

Sizing matters
Would be 5 star if it fit better. I always forget the Chinese sizes are different than American; their large is more like a medium.

Material could have been softer.
It was too small and the outer material is not for comfort.
