Missing pieces
The product smells amazing however the box came so beat up it had to be taped again. I’ve never had a packaged delivered like this. Also, it’s missing the spray adapter to it. I just got the bottle.

Exotic smell and it lasts for long time
The smell is so good and it lasts for long time. It's light weight and doesn't stick at all.

Offensive smell.
The smell is not appealing at all, nor does it smell Botanical. I found the smell offensive like cheap vanilla with a musty accent. Worst of all, it cannot be returned. It’s only saving grace is that it does soften hair and takes away dryness.

No spray cap
This was supposed to be a spray bottle... and there’s no spray cap? It’s also non refundable nor returnable. Very disappointed, would like a refund or a spray cap sent too me. Was supposed to be a birthday gift for my mom who loves tardy for the party.

Broken spray apparatus
Love the smell but the spray bottle didn’t work. 🙁

Heaven in a Bottle
I absolutely love this product, use it everyday and will continue to use it. Always get complements on how I smell...lol. I want this in a body wash, shampoo, soap, and lotion.
