A reasonable budget value choice if you don't have to rely on it.
Pretty good for the price, but has some issues.First, roughly 25-30% of the time the GPS receptions seems bad and the data is close to-or completely useless. Some days it will be "fine" for a while and then turn to junk or I've seen it stay reasonable but just shift over 10 meters. (and I always do an AGPS update the night before). And when I say "fine", it is almost never accurate enough to use the xy positions to judge the line you take due to a typically slow overall drift that is usually around 2-4 feet over 10 minutes and 10 feet over half and hour.Next, the software is reasonable, but not great. A feature that would help a lot (that I asked for years ago) would to add a "time slip" plot between 2 or more runs. Also, it used to be that you could output the data to a variety of formats, and you still can but they changed their calculation of the lateral G's so that now comes out as useless junk. The new values seem to have ...some ... relation to reality, but on average are ~3.6x too small and are now ridiculously noisy. I sent them material showing them this almost a year ago and they said they would fix it, but a few s/w updates have come out and it is still bad. Fortunately the rest of the data is fine and you can estimate the lateral Gs yourself, but they won't seem to fix it (as of 5/2018).And lastly, their last few updates have a larger sized icon on their track map that made things worse instead of better. They have made a few improvements as well, but it has definitely been a mixed bag.
