I LOVE this little pan!! I’ve used it for cheesecake and a vanilla cake. Both turned out excellent. Perfect height to slice for a torte. Just be sure to either grease and flour or use parchment to line. I found parchment the best option. Offered easy removal of cakes and easy easy cleanup!!
