Ok let me start off by saying I have been looking for months for the perfect baby bag for our last child!This bag is awesome! It came packaged wonderfully! It was actually in a box big enough so.it wasnt all squished!I also love the material it is easy to wipe up if it ever got messy!Another thing is the actual backpack is not to big and not to small! It came with lots of extra straps and storage bags which is always a plus!Another great thing is the back of the back pack is this squishy mesh material which is great for hot days at the zoo!My one and only sorta kinda complaint is the zippers do feel a bit cheap but we shall see how everything holds up!Other than that I am extremely happy with my purchase and cannot wait for my baby boy I'm November so.i can get to using this bag!!

Great functionality- my youngest is almost 4, and I needed a hands-free bag that would accommodate our frequent trips around the city on various public transit. It holds what I need and has insulated sections to keep our water and food cold. Also, if you’re a museum goer, you know you can’t always wear a backpack inside, which means this bag is perfect because you can slip it off and use the tote handles or shoulder strap. It’s a diaper bag that takes you waaay beyond diapers. Also, it’s about 1/3 the price of comparable bags, waterproof, and made in the USA. Seriously get it. Right now.

***UPDATE*** I have change my star rating because of the amazing customer service by Rascal Gear. Wendy was amazing and very polite in reaponding to the initial review. She sent us a new bag and even included a bib set for our baby boy due July 21st. I would highly recommend this company. The new bag is perfect.This diaper bag came with a broken strap, stains on the outside of the bag, stains on yhe inside of the bag, and dirty gloves and baby mitts in the zipper pouch on back of bag. This is a used diaper bag that was just rewrapped. Highly disappointed. The pictures speak for themselves

Amazing bag....Period! Storage up the wahzoo and 4 ways of carrying it (hand carry, shoulder straps, backpack straps and stroller straps) are my favorite features. Side zipper pouch dispenses wipes and has insulated bottle pouches, really cool. Its very tough and not bulky. We went with the gray color, which looks great. I mean, do I need to continue? You should be buying this already for your kid!

We bought this as a shower gift for our expecting niece, she loves this bag so far. She has not had the baby yet so it hasn't been used much, but it looks to be sturdy and has lots of pockets and room for everything she may need to carry when the baby does come. Will try to update at a later time after it has been used some.

I got this initially for theme park use as we live in Orlando. I decided after purchasing it that I would use it as my work bag too (I am an RN.) Boy do I LOVE it. I primarily use it as a backpack, it's very comfortable and sits well on my back, the pockets provide great organization for baby items or work items and the main pocket is deep. It's well put together and thought out, a breeze to grab things quickly while at theme parks and I am very impressed with the durability.

This is a very nice bag. It is a great size and has many pockets to keep everything organized. I am very disappointed that only the third time using the stroller hooks both the snaps came off. This was one of the main reasons I wanted this bag. I wanted to keep the basket under stroller empty and have my diaper bag easily accessible. I would have given five stars if these straps did not break so quickly. Changing my rating to five stars I recieved new replacements straps just days after and a letter to apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you Rascal Gear for having good products and quality customer service!

We already purchased a diaper bag, I purchased this for my breastfeeding supplies. I liked this one so much, we are now going to use this one for the dialper bag because of all the compartments and room to organize all the baby items.
