So, avoid using this to cook your dishes. I prefer this over their Garlic Pepper and Green Pepper Sauce. I haven't tried the rest of the sauces from their lineup, as they are difficult to get. Unlike many hot sauces, this is free from preservatives, gluten, sugar, and saturated fats. It's a bit expensive compared to the quantity. On a side note, consume this in moderation! Also, make sure to shake well before use.
