Me and Phillow Forever... PART 2 THE REMIX
Hello, I'm back with this Leachco upgrade. I originally had what I am considering the first edition Leachco Back 'N Belly Contoured Body Pillow, Ivory of this Back 'N Belly pillow, due to unfortunate circumstances of moving in with a guy, only having a queen bed, blah blah, relationship, my original pillow ended up getting thrown out. I can't believe I did that either. I'm terrible. Luckily I'm single again and have my queen bed all to myself, and with the size of this pillow, you need it.First, it arrived in a the biggest box I've ever seen Amazon ship to me. There was no shrink wrapping or anything for this pillow, so it was its full massive size when it arrived. It came with a large printout of the pillow positions, which was pretty cool. Also, it talks about the difference of zipper up/zipper down, which zipper up provides more support in the middle U part of the pillow, zipper down is more for sleeping.Second, the pillowcase is much softer than the other Leachco pillow, and SO MUCH EASIER to remove. An incredible difference!! I took off the cover and washed it on cold, then tumble dried low, as the instructions said. I timed myself putting it back on, 3 minutes. That time could have something to do with a cat that likes to swipe at my laundry, but it is so much easier to take on/off.The pillow construction itself is a lot better. So, one of the bigger problems with the other model was the seam. It was 2D construction, in that it was 2 seams total, one on the outside, one on the inside. This pillow is like 3D construction and has multiple seams (like V Seams, see photo) to support the curvature of the pillow, moving the pillow how you want is super easy, and also, no seam that digs into your neck or shoulder! The stuffing of the pillow is full and soft, it reminds me of the Beautyrest Black Label or Black Diamond pillows from Costco, just a really soft and fluffy marshmallow nest.I still don't have kids, but I still have hip and lower back pain, and this pillow is helping me already. My cat loves to sleep on the sides of it with me as well. If you are thinking about a Leachco, I would highly recommend spending the additional dollars to get this one. The seam issue alone is worth the upgrade. It takes a couple nights to get used to sleeping with Phillow again, but now that we are back together, nothing can tear us apart. For couples, you can have it in an L shape if you need to, it's flexible!

WAY too stuffed and bulky
Needed this because I needed my knees and feet supported at an even height. Thought this would serve the purpose. It also looks thick.Slept on it for one hour by itself (no extra pillows). Laying on my side, my neck was propped up so high, almost a foot off the mattress. That is not comfortable. It was so high, my outside cheek was touching my shoulder.I decided to try to layon my back using this. It is so stuffed that it kept me propped up so high that my lower back was the only part of my back touching the bed. It was super uncomfortable. It's also extremely bulky and hard to maneuver around. I would only recommend this to someone who likes extremely stuffed pillows. Within an hour, my back and neck hurt. I literally got out of bed and put it back in the box. My back continued to hurt for the next day.I'm sure this will work for someone, but it was not helpful for me. I gave it two stars because it was too much stuffing. The photo of the lady shows her laying relatively normally, but it's not that way on mine. how it folds, the middle is drastically higher than the sides and won't push down without force (resting on it isn't enough pressure).

nice body pillow, but just not a good fit for me
I had back surgery nearly 20 years ago and the pain has been creeping back at night. In addition, as a side sleeper I am always struggling to find a comfortable position that doesn't trap my arm. After reading multiple reviews on various websites this seemed to be the best option. I decided to upgrade to the bliss version because it does not have the seam issue others complained about for the original versions of this brand's U-shaped body pillow. My observations:A LITTLE SHORT FOR LEG SUPPORT: I am 5'5" and I could make it so one leg of the pillow could rest between my knees while the other leg would give support down to my lower back. I would have preferred something longer so that I could just roll from one side to the other and not have to shift the pillow to get the between-knee support.ZIPPER IS NO ISSUE: the pillow can be flipped so that the zipper seam is on top or bottom. I found no issues with the zipper if I kept it faced down.BULKY: I am a big gal and this still felt too big for me in terms of bulk. My head was just a bit too elevated, making my neck stretch to sit atop the pillow.COVER MATERIAL: The blue slip cover is supposedly softer than the original pillow case. Well, I am very sensitive to scratchy sheets (I even bring my own sheet if I am staying at a low-priced hotel that uses those cheaper, over-bleached sheets) and this was definitely in the scratchy category. If I had decided to keep the pillow I would have resolved this by getting some flannel or other soft fabric and making a pull-on (drawstring close at one end) loose pillow covering. So, in addition to the original 100 dollars for the pillow I would have had the added expense of those materials.PACKAGING: delivery was great. It did come one day later than prime delivery window, but I can forgive that because I am sure it was an awkward delivery to fit on a truck in my small rural area that has a more limited delivery schedule. It was packaged in a large box and all fluffed out (no memory foam here to deal with = no fumes and no airing out to bring it to full size).FIRMNESS: the fill is basically similar to a firm pillow, but not stiff. I am not sure how to explain, but it has a sturdy fill material (does not collapse overnight), but there is lots of give, so that it can shift around easily (e.g., throw up one leg of the pillow to make it easy to roll out of bed).GENERAL IMPRESSION: this is a nice U-shaped body pillow, but just not a good fit for me - scratchy cover, too much fill, and a little short in length. But I still recommend trying - it definitely gives a cocooned feeling and is very supportive.

Comfy!
Very comfortable throughout pregnancy and after. However, it needed to be fluffed as it would go flat.

To big and heavy
Don’t waste your money. This pillow is to big and bulky! Gave it away and I just use normal pillows.

Comfy but warm
I really love the support that this huge pillow provides. My only complaint is that it is very hot to sleep with.
