This pillow is fantastic. I have been sleeping on it for a month now. It only took 2-3 days for me to get used to the new pillow and I have been sleeping much better compared to my previous one. The foam feels very soft by hand not firm, but sleeping on it is perfect. Soft, but with good support and resistance. I am a side and back sleeper and both positions feel very comfortable.The only issue to note was a slight smell when I first got it. Was worried because there was no warning about it, but I let it sit outside of the packaging in the open for a couple days and the smell was gone. I've taken a deep whiff with my head stuffed into the pillow and can't smell any off odors.Highly recommend this pillow.

Update, 2/14/19 after using this pillow for a time, I’m getting very bad neck strain and beach pains. Feels like stuff necks every day. Fact of it is the center doesn’t offer any support like in a regular contour, so your neck is at an un natural stiff straight position which strains the neck. My chiropractor doesn’t approve.Omg. This pillow is absolutely great for the price!! No smell on mine, and it offers firm support but also comfortable and has cushion. I honestly was skeptical on this since it only had 1 review before I bought it but weighed my options and comparisons and thought this would be a fit for me. I’m glad I did. It’s perfect. I’m a back and side sleeper. I had a contour pillow that my husband now uses in place of his “my pillow” which are not for us. The keep rising up to the top of the bed. How can you sleep on that???!!! This doesn’t move and gives amazing support. I’ve been on the hunt for years. I’m extremely happy and will order one for my husband. Only wish it came in king size for our mattress.

Absolutely the best Xmas gift I gave to my husband. He always complains of neck pain so I purchased this for him and he says it’s the best ever. No more neck pain and headaches. He definitely recommends it for anyone looking for relief of neck pain and wants a good nights sleep

I have a long neck. Felt like the pillow was a little too thin.

the pillow felt a bit stiff but it offers the support i needed to wake up without shoulder and neck pain. The lack of sleep from my previous pillow and the pain i suffered during the day did not help my mood. Now, i can work out in my yard and wake up more relaxed and than i used to with an ordinary pillow.

suffering from head ache, neck, shoulder, back, waist and hip.. If you have a job causing these kind of problem daily but not able to "QUIT", have this pillow. At least while sleeping, you will feel the different.But if you are physically big person, maybe not suitable. maybe feel low. TRY First!

I’ve used it 3 nights in a row now and it really seems to help. I’ve tried a dozen or so and this seems to be the best.
