Product description Delivery information: Upon delivery if you are not happy with this product you have 7 days to return if you are not satisfied. This will incur a collections charge of £79. Your sofa will be delivered within 18-35 days. You will receive a delivery date 5 days prior to delivery. The day before delivery you will receive a 3 hour time slot. ( Usually between 8-5pm, if outside these hours we will let you know the day before). You will receive 1 hours notice on the day ( Please ensure you have a working telephone number) The sofa will be delivered into your room of choice as long as it is ground floor. If it is not and there is no lift access, unfortunately it will be down to the customer to take it inside the property. The sofa will NOT be unpacked or assembled. However on the day you can pay £20 to the drivers to unpack and assemble. However under NO circumstances will the packaging be taken away. If a delivery date is agreed with a customer and there are any issues on the day, the sofa will be delivered within 7 days and there will be a charge of £79 to redeliver. If the customer chooses to cancel a refund will be provided however a £79 will be deducted for the failed delivery. The 2 man service is only available to England & wales. The areas EXCLUDED are Scotland, Ireland, Channel Islands, The Isle of Wight, The Isle of Man and the Scilly Islands. We also Exclude the following post codes from delivery which are: CT, HS, PL, TR and ZE.
