Excessive pricing of product
I am in agreement with the product's purpose and performance. However, I don't understand the extreme hike in costs and will not consider purchasing HeadOn at the prices that I am seeing from sellers. I have used this product for years and have NEVER paid such costs. Perhaps it is due to the purported litigation that was or remains ongoing against the makers of HeadOn. In my opinion, these prices on Amazon for HeadOn are excessive.

Old Stock
This product was effective when used a few years ago, but is no longer avalilable locally. The package was old, dried up and unusable when we received it. The company that made it appears to have gone out of business, and this was left over old stock. The seller promptly refunded all charges.

This stuff is a major lifesaver!!!!!!!!!
I don't know what kind of person would not have this product on their over the counter shelves! I have major chronic health issues and it is nice that in addition to my normal prescription, and some of the other over the counter medicine, I can use something that has little side effects and has been a great benefit to my life. I can't get out of my house otherwise 8(

Placebo, possibly dangerous?
Was looking for a safe, non-medicinal headache relief for my pregnant wife, and stumbled across HeadOn. "Don't know why, don't know how..." piqued my interest, so I did a little digging:One of the active ingredients is a known carcinogen (potassium dichromate) which commonly causes contact dermatitis (strange for a product applied to the skin), and the company making HeadOn (Miralus) seems to have no basis for its claims of relief - it makes no hard claims about what the product does, instead relying heavily on testimonials (for which the company is of course not responsible) to describe and endorse the product.Search for "HeadOn" on Google (or your favorite search engine) and decide for yourself... I'll pass.

Why does it cost so much? Here's why.
Head On has been discontinued because of a possibly harmful amount of an active ingredient. It costs so much now because it isn't made any more and it isn't known if the makers will change the formula or simply keep it gone. The body version 'Active On' is still being made so I suggest trying that instead.

Don't know why, don't know how...
but this stuff seems to work! I had a sinus/migraine headache for the past three days. I'd tried everything- Tylenol, Advil, sinus medication, antihistamines, I even rubbed my temples with Aveda Blue Oil which has occasionally worked for me in the past. But not one of those things even made a dent in the pain. My mother offered me her Head On Sinus and I completely did not believe it would work- how could it? It looks like a big lip balm. But, having nothing to lose, I tried it anyway. Within 5 minutes my headache was gone! I don't have a clue how it works but I'm sold!

Discovered this product at the $1 Store
I discovered this product at the Dollar Store and loved it and yes, that is right $1.00 each. I can't find it anymore with the exception of Amazon and I refuse to pay these prices. Per my doctor take a Mucinex if you have a sinus headache along with some Ibuprofen.
