Decent device with many pros, a few minor cons, and 1 major concern. Details and thought provided.
The GPS seems decent and could be a good bargin at the low price. I tested it out in a couple of short trips to provide feedback and decide if I wanted to keep it. Here are some thoughts form a tech savvy person.Top issue/concern: the clips in which the GPS mounts into are very weak and with the slightest bump in the car the GPS pops out. I've examined the clips and there is no sign of issue with the plastic as to it being bent or stretched. This leads me to believe that the cheap mount is just cheap and it is functioning to its capacity. The depressions on the actual GPS device at the top and bottom are very shallow and the clips simply do not have an edge to grip on. Upon examination of the GPS, it does not appear that there is anything wrong with the depressions. Last, I am certain that I do not have the GPS itself upside down. It is very clear which way the top and bottom clips on the mount should be for the top and bottom of the GPS. I am currently working on a solution before returning the product because overall the device itself seems solid but if it won't stay mounted, its useless right?Cons: (please note I believe these are very minor issues and should not scare you from this product)1. While in navigation there are no external buttons to push to adjust the sound. You must go into the settings to adjust sound.2. The brightness issue that I've read is minor and if you adjust at the slightest of angles its fine. This was observed on a bright sunny day.3. It took about 45 seconds to acquire the satellite signal once I went outside.4. It took about 30 seconds to map out my route and begin navigation.5. Touch screen is very sensitive so don't drag those other fingers!6. When speaking about upcoming turns, it does not say the street names. It will just say turn left up ahead. The street name in which you will be turning is listed very large and clearly at the top of the GPS.Top Pros:1. The screen size is great and the resolution is on par with other major brand GPS systems.2. It seems like the maps that come pre-loaded are fairly up to date.3. Once the satellite signal was found, I did not experience any signal loss.4. The accuracy for distance for me was good and seemed to be fairly precise. When it said turn left in 500 feet it was spot on. This tells me the response from the satellite in Michigan where I am at is quick.5. If you make a detour or wrong turn the recalculation was quick enough to allow me to turn at the next street. I did this on purpose to see the response time. I used a typical block is a Michigan suburb but someone who is in a downtown area like Chicago might have a different experience as streets are very close together. But in general the recalculation time was solid.6. The GPS device is very lightweight but sturdy enough. However, this should make it easier to remain in the clips.7. The additional functions are nice but should not be used as a substitute of a typical tablet. These are just bonus functions on the device. I do not see this as a device to actually play games and watch movies on.8. The screen is responsive to touch nicely. It might be on the sensitive side if anything.9. Bootup time is fairly quick.10. The sound during navigation and games is very loud. It can be adjusted of course but will be more than loud enough for the majority of travel.11. During long stretches the map will zoom out a bit and once you approach an upcoming turn (a mile or so down the road) it will begin to zoom in automatically.Items I have not addressed but might be important to consider:1. The added memory slot is nice, but I did not test with a card.2. I did not attempt to update the device maps. I am not sure if it is an easy process.3. I have not used the FM transmitter.Hopefully that helps!

Good for Price, with Drawbacks
It works fine for a generic GPS. The GPS when choosing options or alternate routes will cause a fatal exception in WinCE and boot you out of navigation to the main menu.PROS1) Screen is large to see2) Cheaper Price3) Store music and movies on SD cardCONS1) Map updates are not up to date. Can not update from iGO and have to use what you can find or older maps they send to you2) Using features like alternate route causes WinCE fatal exceptionsFinal ThoughtsI would only recommend this if you are on a budgetIf you need the latest maps then don't count on it.

Great GPS
The color brightness, clarity, and easy to set up are the big plusses, also the voice commands are great. I have just one problem, and that is how do I update the system? I don't know where to go for update site. I didn't receive usb cable or the car mount. I do like the GPS. How do I contact seller? Please help with this problem. Thank you.

Had a lil problem.
I bought this GPS for my wife. It wasn't as what I had expected. For one the brace that holds the 7 inch GPS is not as stable as mine. Second, the process to put in the address is complicated and when she gets to the destination it asks if we got to the destination. We press yes but it doesn't end. Last, you should have the manual in Spanish.

Sent it back and got a Garmin
I tried it and was optimistic but this seems like a cheap android tablet trying to run GPS software. It was too slow to be usable and ran out of memory before I got it into the car. I sent it back and got a great deal on a Garmin from Amizon that has been perfect.

You get what you pay for.
There are NO assembly instructions. Make sure you notice how many pieces there are. The bracket doesn’t hold the GPS securely. It never made it to the car. I seldom return anything, but this is going back.

Easy to use to get you where you're going.
I love having a GPS again. This one is easy to use with extra features such as gas stops, etc... I always travel and it will be nice not having to use my phone.
