I did my research. I looked at professional reviews of what some of the better cords are out there. Some cheap cords can quit working pretty fast, and can sometimes fry your phone because the cord components are not high quality.Anker has some of the best products out there and their cords are compatible with IPhone and Android.The cords themselves feel stronger than the original cords that came with my Samsung. I bought one for my IPod Touch (yes, I'm still using it) and then just bought this 2-pack for my Samsung. My sister liked them, so she bought a red 2-pack so we could keep them straight (I bought black)! And I love the 6 foot length! The 3 footer just doesn't work well when you're lying in bed and trying to charge the phone at the same time!Overall, I am completely happy with my purchase, and when my other cords wear out, I'll be replacing them with Anker!(Although it may sound like it, I was NOT compensated for this review)

I've had my share of cheap charger cords, but no more. Some are too thin and bend to breaking at the phone end. Others are too cheap and charge but aren't compatible with actual phone features. Anker chargers are super thick and strong at the connection points. Both their cables and battery banks have never let me down. While the warranty is fantastic, I've never had to use it.

Huge fan of Anker products. Started using them after my previous cables would fail after 2-3 months. these cables have been going strong for well over a year now. Use them for both my iTouch and recently Samsung galaxy.Durability:Better than the rest, will last longer and hold up to abuse.

Quality cables. No issues here with the speed of charging. I have purchased this brand before and have found these cables to be reliable, well performing cables for device charging or transfer with music equipment.

I've never received a faulty Anker item and every Anker item I've ever bought is still working as it should.I used to shop around trying to find low-priced items with high ratings, but had so many things quit working I was making multiple "inexpensive" purchases. And as a small business owner I couldn't afford to have equipment down because of a failed cable.I'm retired now but still value my time so I'm still buying Anker. This purchase necessitated not by cable failure but by upgrading my iPhone and needing USB-C connectors.

My old cable from a different brand was working well at the start (Car play). Later there is an issue withe connection. This package contains two cables. So, Let’s see the long term durability of this cable.

I have used these charging cables in the past and I have not had any issue. I bought the 5 pk so that I can have a method to charge my phone at home/work and in all vehicles. So far all cables have worked flawlessly.
