How To Day Trade Forex For Profit

I have been a customer of Harvey for almost a year now as I bought his book on stocks about a year ago. You will not find a more honest and helpful person to read from in the area of of trading than him. If you want to know what trading is about the best way to do it is through him. If you want to know what mind control is about the best way is through him. If you want to actually learn how to trade than you would be committing a crime against yourself not to go to him. The trading psychology section in this book will change you as a person and make you better not just in trading but in your entire business and personal life as well. Doesn't matter if you don't have any background in anything financial or mathematical, after reading this book you may just be more prepared to trade responsibly and therefore profitable than people who have been trading all there lives.

Works great as your very first book related to forex. Although I don't think it will teach you to really make profits in the market from this book alone. This is the kind of book you buy when you have no idea what the forex market even is, but you've always heard about it and you're curious. I'd say that this is a decent deal for the price tag. Same thing goes for "How to Day Trade Stocks For Profit" by the same author.

i think harvey did a very good job of explaining how the markets work. read it about a year ago now so don't remember the details. he explained how the difference in value of the various currencies came to be by way of a easy to understand story of two villages that created their own currency. sort of the beginning of how money came into being in different communities. i thought it made it easy to understand the basics of the forex market which i know nearly nothing about. i found the read enjoyable and informative.

This book is not for those looking too get rich quick but for those looking to create a foundation to become rich in the future.

In this book Walsh deliveries alll that he promises: a clear and sufficient plan on how to start trading professionally. He explains market structure, what moves currencies prices. Setups (six, precisely) are explained in great detail too, as well some variations on them. Trade journal, risk control and last but not least, trading psicology.As a novice trader (but a experienced reader), i believe this book contains all stuff that is necessary to began trading seriously.ps: as a side note, i remark that Mr. Harvey Walsh is a very attentive autor. See by yourselves, e-mail him!

Having read Harvey's earlier book, I was eager to pick up this one, and as before, found it easy to read and simple to follow. Cant get better than this, especially for a beginning trader trying to find his way around.

Excellent book !I haven't finished reading it yet but so far what I have read is direct, to the point, and on the mark. No wasted words. The authors knowledge of the markets is vast and it peers into the inner mechanics of the different markets in a way that gives a potential investor real tools to work with, and some very useful perspectives.

Disappointed, even the first few pages have many basic errors such as confusing the concept of currency pairs, for example EUR/USD... It is impossible for a forex expert to have the basic concept wrong. Or interpret it in a way that is too confusing for newbies like me. I removed this book from my Kindle library. Refund offered.

It is clear, easy to read and also looks great on my ipod and kindle pc running on wine and linux. It's worth every penny.Although I have moved on with my trading and use a completely different method in my trading activities, this is a great little book for someone just starting out.

Really good reading, its not long drawn out but it is direct and it is written in every day English. Highly recommended, tried trading for a while but thi book particular explains th bones with setups to start up from scratch.

A straight forward plain talking book, full of tips easy to understand and implement, a book for the novice and a reminder for those with a little more experience in trading.

I can not recommend the book to anyone who read the first book: How to day Trade Stocks for profit. All the theory is more or less the same. The best part of the whole book is still the introduction of FOREX. But the strategies are just a waste of time to read. It is mainly based on candle stick patterns. Something which applies to stocks and indices as well. There are many great strategies out for FOREX - I have no clue why the author (which I have great respect for) has not given better examples....... So for a absolute beginner the book is okay but for somebody with experience - better to read the great books on cancle stick patterns :)
