A Solid Backup Plan
Good to know you have a safety option in case things go wrong with kite lines. Great for piece of mind. Small enough to fit in your harness. The metal seems strong and the blade is sharp.

Extremely sharp and a must have accessory for paraglider who fly around water.
Extremely sharp and capable of releasing paraglider lines or harness straps. You can still get a small piece of finger in there if you make an effort but you should never hurt yourself by accident. There's a velcro piece on the rear but only the fuzzy softer side. If you buy or have some sticky back velcro, you can hang it off of some of your gear. All in all, a great piece of safety gear for a great price. Hope I never have a good reason to use it.

Basic hook knife for kiting
Looks to be well built but yet to have to need to cut any lines with it. Wish Velcro was opposing on either side to mount or stick to my Dakine harness better but still fits in harness pocket well enough to stay in place.

Good
All you need and seems durable and functional. I have this in a paragliding harness in case of tree landing. Would be nice if it came with a pouch but good enough as is.
