Dr. Makumakuran and Other Stories (Gay Manga) Paperback – Illustrated, 31 Aug. 2015

Como todo lo que haces Takeshi Matsu sus historias son creativas y muy entretenidas, recientemente he notado que se han vuelto más imaginativas pero todo en ellas es muy bueno, una lástima la censura (tira negra) pero creo que en todos sus trabajos la hay, así que me temo que en esto no es diferente. ¿por qué 4 estrellas? simple, por el envío, cada que pido un libro o un cómic le ruego al cielo porque llegue integro y eso me ha sucedido muy pocas veces, llegan muy maltratados y el embalaje que le da Amazon a los libros nunca es suficiente, en esta ocasión fue lo mismo, llegó dañado, por su puesto puede ser por el manejo de la paquetería, pero Amazon tampoco tiene precaución al empaquetar los pedidos que son libros.

OMG the art! I'm more into yaoi than bara, but this book is resonates with both. And it made me laugh. Great humour, great art, and great fun!

I've been a fan of Takeshi Matsu for years so I've been eagerly waiting for his second English release even before I knew if it would even happen haha. Thankfully it did happen and just like the last (More and More of You) it doesn't disappoint.The stories included are: The Dangerous Games of Dr. Makumakuran 1 & 2, Yashio and Shibayama, Big Man, Tiny Boss and Wolf Mask. All art is wonderfully uncensored and like previous releases the cover/back page flaps come with full color artwork of each story. Plus at the end an afterword by Matsu summarizing all the stories, the ideas behind them and thanking the fans who bought the books is present. I won't spoil any of the stories but none feel run of the mill or boring, its all one intriguing fun story after the next in classic Matsu style.As for errors so far I've only seen one spelling mistake that I had to glare at in order to catch. Luckily I've seen none of the cut off text seen Mentaiko's Priapus also released by Bruno Gmunder which could just be a lucky coincidence due to text bubble placement. So good job on this go round.All in all this book is a very standard yet still satisfying (I mean that literally) release (that too).

Endlich mal ein Manga der nich liniear abläuft sondern vielmehr außergewöhnlich für Bara Liebhaber genau das richtige schöne Zeichnungen und auch eine gewisse Art an Romantik ist beinhaltet! ❤

I've been a fan of Takeshi Matsu for years, and was thrilled to find out that some of his manga was finally released in English. The stories are both hilarious and extremely erotic. The art is amazing, as well! His version of the male form is extremely sexy, and he draws the most important parts very accurately (even though the sizes may be a bit unrealistic, lol!) As a single gay man, his manga has definitely been my savior for many years now 😜 .
