What's better the loving the product? Loving the company! The customer service here is phenomenal. They are quick to address and issue or concern. They also offer solutions that are in the customers best interests. The car mount works well. Easy to use and charges my phone. There is not falling out of the device or my phone when hitting any bumps on the road and I love the ease of getting it in and put the mount.

I have a Galaxy S9+. This holder is great and the customer service is top notch too. It holds my phone tight and has not dropped it one time. I like to turn my phone on its side when using GPS and I am not worried about my phone falling. It does not fast charge the S9+ but I knew that when I bought it.

This is my first Amazon review and even though I’ve been unhappy with other products, none have risen to the level of this item. First the power adapter, that comes with the unit, has a contact with a fine conical point which constantly drops the connection to the power socket. The spring-loaded point is to stiff and small bumps in the road will cause the adapter to back our slightly. Secondly, the unit does not operate in a predictable manner. Usually when power is first applied the clamps cycle open and closed, but not always. If you forget to take the phone off the charger before turning off the ignition and have to restart the car, the clamps often won’t cycle. You have to physically unplug and replug the adapter to get your phone off. Third, the clamp release button on the side of the charger regularly doesn’t work either. Again, a power cycle is needed to release the clamps. Lastly, when it appears like the charger is plugged in and the light in the adapter is lite, my iphone 8+ does not show a charge indicator. I have to remove the adapter, twist it in the socket and replug or switch the adapter to an adjacent socket. I have a 2018 KIA Sorrento with 28K miles and the power sockets are clean. I’ll be sending this item back to Amazon for a refund.

I bought two of these. Both failed after a few days. The mechanism continued to open and close to secure the phone, but it’s the wireless charging piece that stopped working in both devices just days after starting to use it. Don’t buy.

Bought this for my Note 8 phone. Well it started off fine for a few months, then the weight of the phone was beginning to be to much for the unit. I had it attached to my vents in the cars center console. Then I started re seating the unit once a week just so it would not start to fall off the vent. Then the side button for opening the claws to hold the phone started acting up and not opening to release the phone. Then the charging started to slow down on the unit as well. It was stated to fast charging capabilities, IT DON'T! Now one side of the claws will not move at all and the other the plastic cover has fallen off the arm.It didn't even last a year for me in the car!Not impressed! Not designed to hold the bigger phones for any length of time and weak charging as well.I don't recommend get this unit for your car.

I bought this on a Lightning Deal because it was in my wish list. I just got it today and was eager to see the opening/closing. That part works pretty well. What disappoints me is that it isn't allowing my Samsung Galaxy S9+ to charge at the high-speed rate. Yes, I see in one part of the listing that high-speed is available on Apple products and not on the S9 Plus.However, what got me to purchase this was the product photo in the details which plainly shows the Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 logo. I have a charger for my home any my car with the same logo on it. And those chargers work perfectly with various inductive charging bases for high-speed charging. But on the WiLEES Automatic Qi Wireless Car Charger, it charges, but at the standard rate. I thought this would be a cool way to see and rapidly charge my phone. But it is only a good holder. I might be sending it back. Maybe I got an older version of it.

The upper part of the product is nice. It has a sturdy fan and a clean look.The bulb is glass.It does not screw in it has a rubber gasket with a groove in it that holds it in. It is not very secure.I added some essential oil and turned the AC in high. The fan spins smoothly but there is no smell at all.It needs a type of wick to draw the smell up and a set screw designed for the glass bulb connection.The top seems well thought out. The bottom and the smell delivery look like they were done on a very small budget.Product is not worth buying.
