Pretty good!
Should be nice if it wasn’t in a ziplock. But beans are good and have detailed information.

1 year old beans
I contacted the seller and complained that the beans delivered were a year old, stale and showed no out-gassing when brewing coffee the day after roasting. No response. The coffee brewed was weak and tasteless. The zip lock bag that held the 5 lbs of beans was not labeled as shown in the photo, but was labeled with the harvest date of 1st quarter 2019.

Yep, it's Geisha variety alright.
Got it in two days as promised. Came in a ziplock bag with description paper inside. I just had to roast it asap and see how it was. This review is for the condition of green beans, how they roasted, and what it tasted like just one day after the roasting.I Read mixed reviews about the bean quality and sizes, but the beans I got had pretty even size and density. They appeared quite fresh as well. I've seen some bean varieties from Amazon sellers that were over dried or stale, but these appeared and behaved like freshly harvested as the package indicated (1st quarter 2019).Using a Fresh-Roast SR500 roaster, I roasted a few different batches. Best looking roast came out with a following settings: @490 degrees & high fan for 2 minutes, and then @450 & med speed fan for 8 minutes. I could hear the first and second cracking clearly and the chaffs came out cleanly. After one day, the roasted beans developed that distinct floral and sweet aroma of the Geisha variety. I had to grind some and try it even though it definitely needs more time. The taste leaves no doubt that this is the Geisha, but much more acidity than I remember - so more time will tell. So far, I'm happy with the quality of the beans and how well they roasted.

Good but to expensive
Good but I bought a green coffee that’s a quarter of the price that’s just as good. Still makes for good coffee.
