I have dry scalp from bleach damage, although my hair grew back out and it’s all natural my scalp still feels dry Does this help hydrate the scalp?

Although designed to hydrate and treat damaged hair, it will have the same effect on moisturizing the scalp where it contacts it.

Do you put it in after conditioner?

I didn't use this exact hair mask but I used instead of the conditioner. But did leave on for a bit longer before washing out

According to the bottle, this is made in Great Britain.

Packaging seems very bad. Is this common with everyone?

Packaging is ok it’s not that bad
