We purchased this item for our grandaughter and looked forward to receiving it..the shipping was fast but upon opening the box, we were shocked at the quality and size of the elf..this retails at £30 and you should not receive an item that looks cheap and poorly made..the only reason we did not return it was, that we would have incurred further costs..therefore we cannot recommend this item..

This product was advertised as a package containing a book AND a Christmas elf. When product was delivered, the elf was not included, which was the whole point of ordering the package. Very disappointing for my grandchildren. It is so frustrating not to be able to lodge a complaint, & then I had to pay another $25 to complete the set.

This item is advertised as a BOX SET including a SCOUT ELF and HARDCOVER BOOK. All I received was the book (on its own). This listing is false / incorrect. DO NOT BUY thinking you are getting a box set with the elf. There is another review posted yesterday stating all they received was the book too.

Totally angry and upset. No elf arrived with the book. I tried to get another but was told no ... it took ages to get a refund. Tgis item was for a gift imagine the disappointment finding it was missing. Would not recommend WOULD NOT RECOMMEND bad service bad gift

This listing said it includes the elf but it did not. The book included was advertised as new and arrived in plastic but was second hand! The page where you write your family and elf names was already filled out.
