We do 90 then rinse feet with cold water and put in front of a fan. Feels so refreshing. Takes days to start prepping then you'll see skin peeling you didn't even know was dead..love these **Q: Will this fit for size 12 Mens?** A: I'm a women's 12 wide and my husband is a men's 11 1/2. Im using it so often that places I dont want to peel are peeling** A: You're better off using these masks sparingly, and then using pumice or an apricot scrub on the roughest spots. **Q: My feet are not only calused but very dry and itchy, will this help with that as well?** A: If your feet are itchy because they are dry, as opposed to something like a fungal infection, then when the skin sloughs off, you'll have soft feet. However, if you don't use lotion or moisturizers after the treatment as maintenance, you'll soon be back where you started.
