Cluefinders Year 6 Adventures (Ages 10-11)

These have been around for years. They aren't the latest graphics etc...but they are very well designed and fun. They wont appeal to the kids who want to just play arcade games as there is an adventure mystery to solve which you achieve by completing educational tasks which somehow manage to be fun without being horrendously schooly. Theyteach good skills for the age group.

this is a good game however it does not allow you to move on and see your mistakes you and will not let u move on until right question quite difficult a bit boring.

My kids loved the collection.

This worked for half a task then stopped. Very poor graphics indeed!

As past adventures, this Cluefinders is greatly enjoyed by our nine-year old. But the bonus disc Mystery Mansion does not work on any computer in the house, new or old.

GREAT INTERACTIVE GAMES

I bought this for my son at the start of year 5. When you solve puzzles, you collect bridge pieces so that you can get to the next level and a chart shows you how well you are achieving in each subject area (English, Maths, Religion, History, Geography, Science). He said it is quite difficult, but he found it fun at the same time.

I bought this CD rom for my son as a package in year 4. At that point, he struggled with some of the concepts, although it gave him the incentive to try and work his way through. The games are repetitive in nature which allows the child the opportunity to practice the skill needed. It uses mathematical, English, reasoning, and general knowledge skills to navigate around the game.My son has now finished year 6, and he still gains huge enjoyment and interest in playing this game due to the graphics and story. I would highly recommend this to anyone.
