It's tape but on both sides!
This does what my review titles says. It's sticks stuff together as it's sticky on both sides. I've stuck all sorts of things to other things. You should experiment for yourself and see what stuff you can stick to other stuff.

It doesn’t stick the best the yellow kind with the webbing in is a lot better but for sticking up a wall planner it’s ok
