I got the damaged product. I need a refund for this it’s not good. The previous experience was good but this time was not good

Delivered before 2 days of expiry
1st of all I ordered 1 milk chocolate and 1 with almonds I got both almonds.2nd I ordered they Harshey's chocolate in June I got them on June 27th and they are expiring in July. I don't know what to do as I just checked today for expiry date .
